“The estimated cost of regulation exceeds half the level of federal budget itself.”
“The 2012 Federal Register stands at 78,961 pages. Three of the four all-time high counts have occurred during the Obama administration. Federal Register pages devoted specifically to final rules stand at 24,690.”
“Of the 4,062 regulations now in the works 854 affect small businesses.”
“Finalized EPA regulations were up by 44 percent in Obama’s first term.”

On Sunday September 22 pachyderm members Jan Laforest, Don Bickowski, Sue Bickowski, Renee Reuter, Charles Groeteke and Club President Linda Van De Riet were at the annual Arnold Days Parade.
This years parade featured the Anheuser Bush Clydsdales with the Honorable Mayor Counts riding with the drivers. The Pachyderms were at the front of the parade and were well received by the thousands of spectators who viewed the parade. Our new banner was proudly displayed along with our national and state flags. We also distributed Pachyderm literature to many citizens. If you missed the largest annual parade in Jefferson County this year, plan on attending next year the club had a blast.
